Hamburg-native Lars Schneider found photography when embarking on adventure trips with his father and friends – kayaking, cykling, skiing, and biking across Europe, South America and North America. Shooting moments of these unforgettable experiences made Lars realise that he wanted to make it a profession. As an editorial and commercial photographer, he can easily snap 4000 images a day on a shoot. To balance this out, he goes in search of wild parts of the earth – the wilder, the better – to take a step back from the hustle and bustle and photograph more slowly. Appreciating moving images as much as still photography, he has added directing and filming to his repertoire over the last few years.
