Hasselblad R&D is a joint department which consists of teams based on specific technical fields: hardware, software, image quality, optics, mechanics and QA/test. Each team not only runs its daily operations independently, but also collaborates with the other teams as well as different sites and partners around the globe. We are now looking for driven and innovative firmware engineer to join our R&D hardware team located at Hasselblad headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. In this role, you will be focusing on embedded firmware for hardware drivers, camera features and user interface using C/C++, embedded Linux and Qt/QML.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Embedded software development based on SoC chip
• Linux kernel driver development
• Lens zoom / focus motor drive development
• Camera system or 3A subsystem development
• Audio/video streaming media design and implementation

YOUR PROFILE

• Demonstrated experience in developing embedded products
• Familiar with the basic principles of hardware
• Proficient in C/C++ coding and programming language
• Proficient in embedded Linux
• Passionate, innovative and highly motivated
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Familiar with scrum
