John Paul Evans is a Welsh-born photographic artist and academic who now lives in Devon, England. From 1999 to 2015, he was a senior lecturer in photography at the University of Wales, Trinity St David's, Swansea. His work explores the polemics of gender representation in photography. He has exhibited nationally and internationally and his works have been featured on LensCulture and CNN.
