Hasselblad is looking for a skilled dedicated Production Engineer to join our Hasselblad PATS team in Gothenburg Sweden.This position combines technical expertise in trouble shooting and support with operational management responsibilities to ensure our service operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong background in technical support and operations management and be able to handle technical issues with daily operational tasks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Hasselblad cameras and related equipment.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support.
- Maintain detailed records of technical issues and solutions.
Operation management
- Assist in the daily operations of the after-sales service station.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Customer Service
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met.
Process improvement
-Identifies and implements process improvements to increase service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for technical and operational tasks.
- Work with the team to streamline operations and reduce turnaround time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical issues.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Proficient in the use of technical support tools and software
- Bilingual in Chinese and English/Swedish. Excellent in verbal and written communication.
